Date Changed to 08/13/2010 and 08/14/2010 due to Homecoming at PGUMC on 08/01/2010!
I am proud to announce an amazing project I am undertaking in memory of my Dad, who passed away in September after a long brave battle with AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia) at the age of 61.
- We will provide "rag quilts" that have been handcrafted specifically for patients who have been diagnosed with cancer – to “blanket them with love” during their ordeal.
- We will be making hats for women/girls who are enduring chemo – blinged out with fabric flowers, of course!
Please join me for a special weekend!
There will be something for everybody’s skill level, whether it is cutting, ironing, running a Big Shot, stacking fabrics sewing on the machine, or hand assembling flowers. Hoping for an awesome experience!!!
